Gallery of Herbs That Might Enhance Your Life!

These are the Hmong herbs I use personally in my chicken herb soup. This is not only good during postpartum but good for the whole family for a nutritious and healthy meal.

When I know that the flu season is approaching I make some for my family to enjoy preventing a major outbreak and keep our immune system strong.

This is the end of my collection. Because I live in the desert, and I have to create a microclimate for my non-native herbs some didn’t make it through the tough summer heat. You can always replenish your herbs if you live near someone that has them.

I will add more when I collect more but the newest collection are my soldier plants, Odontonema strictum (F), and pseuderanthemum palatiferum (M).
