Postpartum Soup Use
Ko taw os (Artemisia lactiflora) It’s what it translates to in Hmong duck feet. Pick as many as you like on this one. I usually pick a handful of the top or leaves for my chicken soup. I don’t know about you guys but I just like to eat all the herbs I put into my soup. I think it’s healthy and I look at it as a chicken vegetable soup. Kinda.
