Postpartum Soup Use

Ko taw os (artemisia lactiflora) It’s what it’s translates to in Hmong duck feet. Pick as many as you like on this one. I usually pick a handful of the top or leaves for my chicken soup. I don’t know about you guys but I just like to eat all the herbs I put into my soup. I think it’s healthy and I look at it as a chicken vegetable soup. Kinda.

Medicinal use per experience

I don’t know any at the moment. However, I encourage all of you out there if you do know, please, tell us about it. I would love to learn from all of you.
