This is a simple tincture you can do easily from home.
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
4 slices of ginger
1 TBSPN (1 oz) of dry moringa leaves or fresh moringa leaves
Directions:
Heat the water with the ginger slices for 8 to 10 mins.
Add the moringa leaves, keep simmer for another 10 mins.
Turn off heat let it sit for 5 mins or cool enough to drink.
Drink a cup before breakfast and a cup before bedtime for 6 weeks.
